The Position: Organization & Talent Development Manager Our client is looking for an energetic and effective Organization & Talent Development Manager on a contract to hire basis. This person will work with the Executive Management team to enhance organizational growth, capability and effectiveness for the entire management team. Provide coaching services to ensure department success, and individual performance, leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, business planning, process improvement, and the success of change management. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and analyze evaluations and activities to monitor skills, knowledge and experience as well as monitoring and reporting results. • Initiate talent development/training programs for all management departments/individuals to enhance performance to meet or exceed department goals as well as company goals. • Assess organizational structures, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency. • Implement effective chance management strategies. • Build and implement innovative talent acquisition processes including talent identification, selection, referencing, hiring and on boarding. Qualifications: • 10 years of talent management, learning and development experience • 5 years of executive recruiting experience • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Organizational Development, Business or related field • Conflict mediation, change management, process re-engineering facilitation, and coaching experience • Solid project management and execution skills • Web based training program implementation/management experience • Superb presentation and training delivery skills • Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse work environment • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels internally and externally • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities • Energy, enthusiasm, initiative and a can-do-attitude are required Interested?
